Reservation fees are due when you submit a request. Cleaning deposits are due when keys are picked up (not required to hold the reservation).

Wales offers Town Hall and Park/Pavilion facilities for rent. All fees and deposits are paid to the Town Treasurer.

A $150.00 cleaning deposit is required for resident and non-resident rentals. Town-sponsored groups do not owe a deposit. The deposit will be fully refunded upon satisfactory cleanup as approved by the Mayor, any Councilperson, or Town Clerk. Deposits are due when keys are picked up and are not required to hold the reservation.

Town sponsored groups incur no fee or deposit for rental of the Town Hall or Park/Pavilion. Groups may request town sponsorship from the Town Council at any regularly scheduled Town Council Meeting.

Payment Terms: Reservation fees must be paid to the Town Treasurer at the time of reservation request. For telephone reservations, fees must be received within 7 days following the date of the initial request. Cleaning deposits are due at key pickup.

Regular Reservations

The following times are regularly reserved. Please check the calendar above or contact the town clerk for current availability.

Regular Town Meetings

  • First Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM: Town Council Meeting
  • Third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM: Planning & Zoning Meeting
  • Every Tuesday evening: Other town business meetings

Annual Events

  • Welsh Days: Last Friday and Saturday of June - Town Hall and Park reserved

Monthly Reservations

  • 2nd Wednesday of each month (September - May): Daughters of Utah Pioneers, 9:00am - 2:00pm

Reservation Process:

  1. Submit your reservation request using the form below
  2. The town clerk will review your request and check availability
  3. You will be contacted to confirm availability and arrange payment of the reservation fee
  4. Once the reservation fee is received and approved, your reservation will be added to the calendar
  5. Cleaning deposits are collected when keys are picked up (not required for town-sponsored groups)
