Visit xpressbillpay.com and click “Sign Up” to create your account.

2️⃣

Enter your email and password, then fill out the required information.

3️⃣

Open the verification email from noreply@xpressbillpay.com and click “Verify Email.”

4️⃣

Select Wales Town or search for your billing organization.

5️⃣

Enter your billing account number and name exactly as shown on your bill.

6️⃣

Select “Make a Payment” and complete checkout with your preferred method.
