Does it cost anything to sign up for online payments?
No. It’s free to sign up and use the Xpress Bill Pay service. Some billing organizations may charge a transaction convenience fee.
What is Xpress Bill Pay?
Xpress Bill Pay is the company Wales Town has partnered with to handle online payments. You access your account from their website, xpressbillpay.com.
What payment choices do I have?
You can pay with a credit card, debit card, or transfer funds directly from your checking account (eCheck).
What will my bill look like online?
The online bill is designed to look similar to your paper statement so it’s easy to read.
What other information is available?
You can view up to two years of account history and compare your current bill to a previous bill.
Do I need to pay from my computer?
No. You can pay from just about anywhere using a computer or mobile device through a web browser. You’ll log in using your email address and password, or use the mobile app.
How do I know the payment went through?
After you complete the transaction, you can receive an email receipt to confirm that your payment went through.
Is my information safe?
Yes. Transactions are handled on secure servers. Your information is protected as long as you keep your password private.
